The breakfast wasn't great. It looked like it was from the day before. Unfortunately people didn't park very considerately, so we had to park a ways away. (Maybe if there were lines for people to park in?)

I stayed one night at this hotel I think it is the most affordable for a night in the Flensburg area. The hotel could use some renovation; the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There is parking on site.

Good location in Flensborg.

We were lucky in finding a parking space on the property. A few minutes later other guests were asking us where they could park. I told them to park in the street. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice.

The television in our room had no channels, only one radio station. The shower was fine for slim people, but larger guests would have a problem squeezing in!

Bad

Probably the worst hotel I have been to in many years. I enter a dirty room, with a strange smell. The sheets appeared to have been used and there were no towels. I've never tried that before. Then writing to the hotel via Booking.com no answers. Can't RECOMMEND

Not our best overnight stay. Very expensive for what it was.

Good private parking but very small so later arrivals had to park on the street

Desk unmanned so had to get door codes by email. Fortunately my daughter was able to deal with this but I would not have booked had I known. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere but I didn’t notice. Located on busy noisy road.

Pleasant

We booked at the same day just to spend one night. The location is very good, there are lots of restaurants nearby. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was also very good.

The size of the bedroom, it was too small, but it fair for the prize. We asked for a baby cot bed but unfortunately it wasn’t there. Since we arrived late and it was only one night we prefer not to complain.

Good if just a bed is needed, but not great value for money

The room was nice and clean. It did feel hyggelig.

I do not believe the price point is worth the stay there. For a similar price we could have been at a hotel where it was staffed 24/7. My room was updated but I was not given the new room number so we had to go door to door trying out the code. It is by a busy road so with keeping the window open (as there was no AC) there was quite a bit of noise. The tv has very few english channels and those are only news. We would have been happy with a proper entertainment channel that had english subtitles or a smart tv where we could stream to, but neither of those were options. There was only 1 teaspoon in the room. We were 3 people and when the food we ordered arrived without cutlery, we had to share 1 teaspoon as the canteen was closed so we could not get cutlery there. The bed was too soft for me, and dipped in the centre, but that differs from person to person so not a big issue

Ok location

My room had a terrible smell, and was not cleaned properly. I had the windows open the entire time, still it was terrible smell/bad air in this room…. My mother in law stayed one floor up, in 201. That room didn’t have the same smell ℹ️

Breakfast was ok. After the online check in, instructions was sent. It was an easy and smooth check in.

Size of the room was expected and so the size of the beds which is quite uncomfy but since we were tired, we just ignored it. Parking inside vicinity of the hotel was full when we arrived but managed to park 100 meters away from the hotel.

No private parking left when we arrived. Back door of hotel was unlocked for anyone to enter and did not feel safe. No information in bedroom in relation to wifi, breakfast etc. Stained carpets, curtains and dirty toilet. Can hear everything in room above.

everything was super especially the staff. Both Tarik and Fetta that was working in the receptionist was amazing. They were helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast was nice and overall the quality of everything was perfect.

Good

The family room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Clean walls recently repainted and fluffy towels. Clean crispy bed sheets. Breakfast is self-service and has a decent selection offering yoghurt - cereals - fresh bread - cold cuts - cheese - sausages - eggs - and a machine for coffee beverages and a fridge with concentrated juices in boxes. Good free parking facilities - It´s a veeeeeeery long walking distance to the centre.

The beds are very soft and uncomfortable. The pillows are super flat and with no support. Curtains were all falling. Staff is nonexistent and the only person we met at breakfast did not even look at us. The toilette is very small and without ventilation.

One night to recharge

We stay at the top floor of the hotel. The room is clean and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is a little bit limited. The Staff did not refill the hot water for the tea. It seem that the hotel not ready prepared for the full occupancy guest. Overall our stay at the hotel is comfortable.
