Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir durften zwei Stunden früher ins Zimmer. Wegen einer Familienfeier war das unsere Rettung, vielen Dank! Frühstück ist immer wieder ganz toll!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Waren. Die Lage ist genial, die Zimmer top. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Stadtzentrum gelangt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten.

Convenient car parking Excellent location on the lakeside Buffet evening meal was enjoyable Good breakfast
Could have done with water bottles in the room given the heatwave Room was quite small Could smell smoke from people smoking below our room - had to leave windows open Some confusion in driving to town centre due to detours and bridge closures (no fault of the hotel)
