Das leben an der Müritz ist gut. Viel Natur und ein Heileit für Angler.In der Jahreszeit Dezember bis April ist es ruhig. Werend es im Sommer vie betrieb ist. In der Zeit wird alles etwas herunter gefahren. Ich mag das, keine Hektik.
Das Essen, ich bin Hoppykoch und ich versuche nach zu kochen was ich in der Welt gesehen habe. Auf der Karte stand Hirschgulasch und Kaninchen Ragout. Das sind Gerichte, die ich als Tages Menüs anbieten würde. Der Hirsch konnte nicht serviert werden. Weil nicht da. Das Kaninchen war das Fleisch trocken und zäh. Das brucht eine lange Vorbereitung und Garzeit. Sonst war es interessant, ich klaube das in der Region. Fisch das wahre ist, wo man sich auskennt.

Søde og smilende personale. På værelset stod en tablet med personlig velkomsthilsen. Super fin morgenbuffet hvor man blev taget imod af en smilende pige der lavede kaffe og te til os. God beliggenhed i forhold til en gåtur i den gamle bydel og ved søerne. Gode parkeringsforhold.
Der mangler en skål til sæbe i brusekabinen.
