Sehr unkomplizierte Aufnahme, nette Leute. auch sehr großzügig. Der Vermieter ist erstens entgegenkommend und zweitens sehr verläßlich. Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden und kostenfrei (auch wenn es diesmal aufgrund vollen Belags schon beinahe knapp geworden wäre). Einkaufs- und günstige Eßmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Stadtzentrum und Hafen über die Hauptstraße in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sehr großzügig vom Platz und ruhig.
Die Schlüsselübergabe ist dort immer etwas unsicher, weil keiner da ist. Allerdings ließ sich dies nach Telefonat mit dem Schlüsseltresor hervorragend lösen, hat alles gut geklappt. Schön wäre auch, wenn man dort frühstücken könnte und nicht zur Bäckerei Junge oder zu McDonalds gehen müßte (beide nebenan). Die lange Stiege ist mit Gepäck auch etwas mühsam, leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Das sind aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die nicht das Gesamterlebnis trüben.

Einfaches Zimmer, für 1 Übernachtung ausreichend.Sauberes Zimmer, leider war der Stuhl kaputt, es gab nur 3 Fernsehprogramme und der Rauchmelder war defekt oder benötigte eine neue Batterie, was die Nachtruhe erschwerte.
Hatte 2 getrennte Betten bestellt, wurde nicht drauf eingegangen.
