About this villa rental
Comfortable and quiet villa in a small residence with swimming pool, 3 km from the town center and the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino.
On the first floor has nr. 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom plus a bedroom with a bunk bed + pull-out bed + bathroom. On the ground floor living room with kitchenette + bathroom. It is equipped with a large covered terrace and private garden (also available outdoor shower) + communal garden.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a drying rack, an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damages have been caused

Check out from 8.00 to 10.00

We had a pleasant week in the house. The house was clean, in a good location (close to Porto Pino and Porto Botte for Kiting) and had enough space for us as a small family (one new born).
We would recommend installing Moskito protection, e.g. window nets/curtains, and maybe a little less functional rather cosier interiors. We believe this could certainly improve the overall holiday experience. Cristina and Daniela were very helpful and good hosts.
