+good location and
bus stop in front of the hotel
+ large room, clean and amazing sunset view from balcony
+helpful staff
+swimming pool was good size
+ good breakfast
-no dryers on a balcony
-little disadvantage was the main street near hotel. The traffic is pretty high all the time and if you open the window it will be pretty noisy.

I have just come back from a 2 week stay. My 16 year old son meet with our family from Ireland for a family holiday. We all stayed at Belair Beach Hotel as it was reasonably priced for what it offered. We all had a great time. The location was great, the staff were great, it was nice and clean, the food was basic but good. So all in all we were very happy.
