The guesthouse is located at the ski resort area, so in a few steps you can reach a restaurant, gelateria, and the bus which departs from there every 30 mins.
The house was clean, the room was simple but okay. We stayed one night. The staff is very nice.
The reception and the breakfast is ina different building which is few hundred meters away, so its a bit uncomfortable to go back and fort. We had bikes so it wasnt a big issue though. The staff is very nice, but sometimes we had to wait to find the responsible person.

Parking in front of house. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff
Too small and not comfortable enough in the sense that there are some small things missing like a bed lamp. Also check in another hotel in main road making this very uncomfortable.
