Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und das Zimmer war sauber.
Wir haben ein Einzel und ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, erhalten haben wir zwei Doppelzimmer, weil das Einzelzimmer belegt war. Wir wurden jedoch an keiner Stelle darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Erst beim Checkout stellten wir fest, dass wir mehr zahlen sollten als in der Buchung bestätigt wurde. Man kam uns auch nicht entgegen sondern bestand darauf, dass es sich um eine Fehler bei booking.com handelte und das unser Problem sei. Danke an booking.com an dieser Stelle für die Erstattung. Leider nicht sehr kundenfreundlich von Seiten der Unterkunft.
