2nd stay in as many weeks! Immaculately clean, well presented and conveniently located. Breakfast expensive if you haven’t booked! That said we’ll stay again.

7mins walk to euston station if you are taking caledonian sleeper train. Room is a tad small for the price that we paid but no issue for us since we only stayed for a night. Still able to fit 2 large luggages by only opening halfway. The room is very clean, however there is no fridge. Complimentary water and wifi is provided. Sound proofing is good enough that you can only hear your neighbours coming or leaving the hotel room. The only complain I have is a lady cleaner who was quite rude to us when we were looking for toilet at the basement before we could checked in. She spoke to us as though we weren't the guests of the hotel. Otherwise I will still recommend this hotel.

The room is very small with no space for a suitcase, no shelf in the bathroom and no laundry service. The window didn’t close properly so it was very noisy and the fire alarm went off 3 times in 24hrs. Twice after 9pm in the evening at at 5am in the morning!! When I checked with the reception they advised it’s a false alarm and that it was due to steam from a shower or a hairdryer so it obviously happens quite often!
The food in the restaurant was good
