All very good
We upgrade to a family room The Last night we ask at reception to clean the room Nobody came to clean the room

The breakfast at hotel was great! Thank you! The room was decent.
The staff could be a little bit more professional, I arrived late (23:00) at a hotel after a 10.5 hour flight, had to wait for quiet a while at the reception.

My room was not ready at 14h30 when I wanted to check in. Within 10 mins the matter was resolved, and I was upgraded to a Family room. The best part of the upgrade was having a fridge in my room!!!
The ' make up' of my room was only partially done by 13h30 when I returned for and break during conference sessions. I had put the notice on the door at 08h30 when I left for the conference. This is a minor issue but was a little inconvenient. Housekeeping resolved it by emptying waste bin and replacing bottled water.

Room was very comfortable
Breakfast was huge vast and the variety of foods was enough to feed the entire province
Staff very kind to me by offering a hot cuppachino instead of the self service coffee station.
