The room was beautiful, comfortable and the service was very good. Breakfast was lovely - I love that it isn’t a buffet but that you order from a menu.
We booked a room with a bathtub, but got assigned a room with a shower only. They were willing to move us, but the alternative looked old and tired and looked onto the roof of the terrace which wasn’t great at all. We decided to stay in the room with the shower only.

It presents well downstairs , the property reception & greetings from the people
Rooms are tatty & tired … R6700 for one night. Needs considerable renovations & brought up to a true 5 star. Some staff are poorly trained. Room facilities are woeful for this price. Shower bath !? No robes ? No modern lighting or adapters. Carpers are old & marked … 🤢
