Shuttle was there to pick us up within 5 minutes. Short safe ride to the hotel and every facility available for a relaxing night. Nice food, friendly bar service!

I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had an experience that caused me to tell every person who wanted to listen - this is where you want to stay!!! In 2026 I thought to treat my husband to a night in this hotel. The staff at reception and concierge is still the best! The carpet in the bedroom was dirty, sub standard bathroom. Dinner service should not be called service. After waiting a very unreasonable time for someone to take our dinner order and then to serve it, we are still waiting for our dessert orders to be taken, let alone served. At about R2,000 for the night, I will not consider staying here again. Save your discount for the next couple.
