Great location but a bit dated

Location is great. Breakfast is good too and service is nice. Price for location is also good.

Unfortunately the rooms and facilites are dated. So even thought there is AC it doesn't work very well in 35 degree heat

Staff did not recognize that we expect a proper night sleep for EUR 180

Airco in the room made disturbing noise, even when off. Therefore sleeping was poor; paying EUR 180 for a room in 3* hotel and have a poor night sleep is not acceptable. When we informed staff of the disturbed sleep and malfunctioning airco, instead of apologizing or offering a discount, they simply suggested some technical failure was the cause. Obviously, but not very helpful.

Hotel Mediterraneo was one of our favorite destinations during our month-long travel in Italy.

Breakfast was ample. Freshly baked croissants were a treat. The hotel staff was warm, amiable and helpful. We opted for half-board; the cena was 3 courses, nicely presented with choices that included fish, pasta, chicken and beef. The property was landscaped nicely with flowers and shrubs that were well-cared for and an indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the plantings with aperitivos before dinner. The town center is a 5-6 block walk down a tree-lined street and worth visiting, with a bookstore, many restaurants and a tobacco store where bus tickets may be purchased to visit other seaside comunes. Saturday markets were gigantic and well worth a visit, with about 100 stalls, selling everything from kitchen utensils to shoes and cashmere sweaters. A peaceful atmosphere pervades throughout the hotel.

Hotel carino ma molto rumoroso e mancano le tapparelle quindi la mattina la luce entra e ti sveglia

Hotel carino rispecchia le foto

Molto rumoroso e alle 9,30 la signora delle pulizie è entrata in camera. La stanza non aveva le tapparelle quindi non si è dormito benissimo. Tutti i servizi ok tranne la spiaggia che nonostante ci fosse la convenzione non ci hanno trovato posto

Indecente!!!

Indecente!! Pulizia da struttura da terzo mondo! Condizionatore, sanitari, impianti, asciugacapelli, tutto risalente alle origini dell’albergo, 50 anni fa se non di più. Come è possibile che una struttura così indecente chieda 170€ a notte in giugno? Mi chiedo anche come possa essere l’igiene in cucina!! Nessuno tutela i clienti?

Buona la posizione, camera grande il giusto, bagno comodo. Colazione varia e abbondante, cena con buona scelta, porzioni un po' ridotte magari non adatte a giovani.

Pulizia parti comuni con parecchie ragnatele anche ad altezza occhi, senza bisogno di andare a cercarle...

Tutto perfetto

Struttura e camere pulite e in buono stato, lido convenzionato comodo e raggiungibile a piedi, centro di Marina di Pietrasanta raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, camera con balcone e dotata di smart tv e piccolo frigo, tutto il personale cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile, servizio ristorante ottimo. Tutto perfetto :)
