Cannes Apartment with an amazing view over the sea.

The Location and the balcony this time of the year were amazing. The Kitchen was well equipped.

Toilet arrangement was slightly nonfunctional.

The location - great view over the Mediterranean. Plenty of space.

Both the unit and the building are sorely in need of TLC. The apartment does not seem to have seen a coat of paint in decades. This is particularly obvious on the baseboards which are peeling. The shower head was hung at shoulder level, making it very uncomfortable to use. The shower curtain is overdue for replacing. Several lightbulbs were either dead or missing. The apartment had, evidently, not been swept thoroughly. Every time we stepped out of the shower, we ended up with sand on our feet. When we arrived, the gate to the parking area would not open. The elevator is tiny, It has an official capacity of two people but if you are bringing luggage, make that one person. On the second day, the elevator door would not open on the fifth floor. We had to walk down the fourth and call the elevator again.

dirty very old, owner not response there is parking but some time full with car and when you come back you got surprise not spot , water is very dirty in bathroom when I was taking shower

Fabulous Views - bring ear plugs

Location was a superb view - right across from the beach into the bay. Large airy apartment Superb bakery just 40 feet from the door which did salads as well as bread. Hosts sent a 'technician' out the next day when the water was not hot - a marginal improvement in time for it to come through from 15 minutes to about ten. Lots of water wasted.

Noise from the trains behind and motorbikes on the road in front. Having to waste SO MUCH water until it eventually became warm enough to shower. Front door lock is very temperamental - sometimes it works first time, mostly it doesn't

Great apartment, great location.

The location was great. We could hear the sound of the surf while we slept! Easy check in process, convenient parking, lots of towels, slippers, toiletries. Very well managed.

Location is perfect, view from apartment is beautiful, good kitchen, big living room, close to city center

I would love to have extra sheets, because it was too warm to sleep under blanket; it would be better to have shower holder in the bathroom, in bedroom with 2 beds air conditioner is just opposite one bed, it would be better just to change beds location

Perfect beachside apartment for 4.

The view was amazing! We loved being so close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the apt was nice and cool with the AC running. Great location above a great bakery as well! Would stay again! We had two adults and two small kids and it was perfect. The host even helped us load our luggage in the car on our way out of town.

Die Aussicht und der Balkon macht bei diesem Apartment einfach alles aus.

Die Aussicht ist der absolute Hammer. Wie auf dem Bild und dazu hört man das Meer. <3 ;) Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht aber wenn ich wieder mal nach Cannes fliege, werde ich wieder diese Unterkunft mieten wenn sie verfügbar sein sollte. ;)

Bei der Dusche der Duschkopf hatte keine wirkliche Halterung. Auf der Strasse zwischen Apartment und Meer hat es leider immer ein paar Auto-Motorradposer/-innen.
