It was extremely clean. The shower was good - hot and nice pressure. The ceilings were high and despite the record temperatures, the room was relatively cool and airy at night. I didn't really feel the lack of AC.
It lacked some character. A few pictures on the wall would certainly have made the place a bit more inviting. The walls were stark white - it felt a little like a monastic cell! :) Not super central, but the public transit was relatively close by.

The place was clean, the location is good, and it was fairly quiet. OK for a stay for a night or two but may not be suitable for longer stays.
The wifi is virtually impossible to connect to due to poor signal. The kitchenette is much more scarce than anticipated, so cooking anything is really inconvenient. It is basically a room with a kitchenette.
