Set on Belsize Lane, right by charming Belsize Village and close to Hampstead, this characterful two-bedroom home offers a comfortable and well-connected base for up to four guests. With warm wooden floors, colourful artwork, brown leather sofas and a private outdoor terrace, the home has a relaxed, homely feel that is ideal for families, friends or business travellers looking to enjoy north west London.

The property is arranged across the first and second floors. There is no lift, and internal stairs connect the two levels, so the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. It features two bedrooms, each with a double-sized bed, and one bathroom with a bath, making it a practical choice for both short city breaks and longer stays.

The living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating and a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring London. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and also includes the dining area, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The private terrace/balcony offers a lovely outdoor spot for a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.

Belsize Village is one of north west London’s most charming residential pockets, known for its peaceful streets, independent cafés and village-style atmosphere. Nearby Hampstead offers boutique shops, cosy pubs, restaurants and access to Hampstead Heath, while Swiss Cottage, Finchley Road and Primrose Hill provide further options for dining, shopping and leisure. Guests can also easily visit Regent’s Park, Camden Market, the Sherlock Holmes Museum and many of London’s most famous attractions by public transport.

The surrounding area has a great choice of restaurants, cafés and pubs, from neighbourhood favourites around Belsize Village and Hampstead to the wider dining options of Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage. Popular nearby spots include Charro de Rio, Sushi and More, Il Primo and Teta’s, while local pubs such as The Washington, The Horseshoe and Bobby Fitzpatrick offer relaxed places to enjoy a drink or casual meal.

Finchley Road Underground Station is the closest transport link, approximately a nine-minute walk from the property, with access to the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. From here, guests can travel easily to Baker Street, Bond Street, Westminster, London Bridge and Canary Wharf. Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage stations are also nearby, offering further convenient connections across the city.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
