About this apartment rental
Our apartment is a self contained 2 bedroom flat with a private garden.
It is located within walking distance to the underground (metro) stations of Swiss Cottage (3 minutes walk), Belsize Park (10 minutes) and FInchley Road (5 minutes).
Hi speed broadband wifi is included in the price.
There are three small and two large supermarkets within 10 minutes walk away.
We are close to some of London's best known green open spaces Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regents Park. We are only a 6 minute (3 stop) tube journey to Bond Street station direct on the Jubilee Line taking you right into the heart of Central London shopping in Oxford Street opposite Selfridges department store.
Hampstead, Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage are a very elegant and exclusive area of London. The highly acclaimed Hampstead Theatre is just round the corner and the newly opened Odeon Imax cinema and O2 centre Vue cinemas are 5 minutes walk away. The newly built Swiss Cottage Sports Centre is also just round the corner with squash, badminton, gym, spa, indoor climbing wall and pool.

Visiting London with my son for 10 days. Best part of this flat the location. Short walk to tube station and bus station pretty much just outside the door. Short walks to area restaurants and grocery stores as well. We usually walked into the city, but would take the tube home.
It is a little run down as stated in previous reviews, but the apartment is cosy.
Stephan is quick to respond to all my emails. I recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Good location, easy access to public transport and grocery shops. Spacious apartment had everything we needed but in need of some general updating.
Fully equipped kitchen though we ate out and didn’t cook. sink in awkward position where you hit your head on staircase above.
Bedroom door in second bedroom wouldn’t shut properly, some of the PowerPoints didn’t work in the bedrooms owner aware and will be fixed.
Expensive for what it was, but it suited our needs as we just needed a base whilst in London.

The property provide all that was needed for a stay, and thankfully is quite close to the underground, However, some upgrading is needed. Paint was all pealing off the cupboard door in the bathroom, and outside the front door there were bags of garden refuse that looked like they had been there some time. As I had read in another person's review, the sofa provided is really a futon and very close to the ground, and impossible for an older person to get up from it. I had to sit on three cushions to be able to use it. Not comfortable! As suggested by someone else, an armchair wouldn't come amiss!
