The location is perfect and the hosts are amazing, you have total privacy. Set on a real farm so total peace and quiet. Everything you need for a stay, including games and puzzles, a very secure garden for the dogs to enjoy fresh air and freedom. We had a GSD, the log burner was amazing, warm and cosy, hot water. Only a 9 min drive into westward -Ho! Or 10 into Bideford. Comfy bed plenty of pillows.
Welcoming cream tea PERFECT.
The Hosts Farmer Tom and his wife Sue were the icing on the cake, wonderful people xx
Shower, no pressure, but really enjoyed a nice hot bubble bath instead x
Toaster, just needs updating x

Just a perfect and peaceful holiday. Warm and quiet cottage tucked away and to complete the holiday we had the perfect hosts. We both enjoyed are stay so much we intend to return as soon as possible

A very friendly and warm welcome. A lovely couple who are a natural at offering a very much a home from home feeling.
The house had every thing I needed to be comfortable, even a hot water bottle. Everything was thought about.
This stay was far better than I expected, by far the best airbnb I have experienced.
A real taste of rural unspoilt Devon. Made even better by the hosting couple who genuinely are really great hosts.

The log fire was amazing. The country walks were lovely. Owners we sweet and friendly. Left us mince pies which was very kind. Cottage was warm and cozy
The shower (if you could call it that) was horrendous, basically a little dribble, definitely needs updating. The tv table was thick with dust, obviously hadn’t been cleaned.
