A good stay in a lovely location
Excellent location for dog walks in nearbywoods. Conservatory with dining table enabled looking at the stars and bats at sunset.

The location
Having to chase for an invoice. This happens at several properties when booked through Booking.Com and has put me off using Booking.COM. Although Booking.com indicate that VAT has been charged on the bookings the VAT element is often not shown on the invoices received. So now Booking.com is a last resort for us when booking accommodation.

Comfortable, but could have been so much better.
Plenty of hot water, big bathroom, pleasant lounge and small conservatory/dining room.
The location was good but we expected to be a little more rural. The kitchen was tiny and the very large fridge freezer was noisy and had to be turned off during the night. Why such a large fridge was needed was beyond me and why the kitchen had to have a dish washer - for two people was also beyond me, the space could have been much better used. The lounge sofa and chair had no cushions, which would have made it cosier and more comfortable. The whole place needed some TLC.

The location was great, as were the facilities. The accommodation was clean, tidy and very cosy. We will be revisiting this location again without fail.
