Cabo da Vila Guesthouse

- Orlando is a very kind host: we had a very easy chat to arrange for the check in and he invited us to a saturday evening barbecue with his family: it was very nice meet and speak with them! He also gave us some tips to visit places in the island. - The room in very nice and it is located inside Orlando's apartment: the bathroom is private, inside the room, and everything is very clean. You can find a fridge and a café machine too. The kitchen is in common with Orlando, but you can use it without problems. - The free parking is in front of the house, located in a safe neighborhood. - Quality/price rate very high

As a large family house turned guesthouse, it had a lot of luxuries, like a big bath tub and large terrace. The location is very convenient: A quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the largest grocery store in the area and only 10 min walk to Old town and city beach. Orlando was also a very kind host, sharing his space and knowledge readily and being very responsive.

Could be a bit cleaner in details (e.g. stove, water stains).
