Prince Consort Village in West London

Spacious and well-located. Not right in the city center, still close to it, as well as near shops and the Westfield Center.

I was disappointed that I was not informed about ongoing construction in the building. One morning at 8 am, staff knocked on my door to ask if the room was occupied because they were trying to find a room to paint.. something they could have easily checked in their system. The staff is rarely available at the desk, so you often have to hunt them down. There was no shower curtain, and only a limited supply of towels (£10 extra) and toilet paper.

The place was clean. A very good view from the window. And decent shower and cleaning products.

I didn't like that there wasn't enough shower and cleaning products. That should fit someonce stay. The bedding i think was used before as it had a stain. The bathroom shower had an issue where the water wouldn't sink inside the hole and will just keep accumulating so it was hard to shower with peace. There was no clear instructions on where to dump the waste. That would be very helpful for next guests. If a water heater is available for guest to use that as well will be ideal.

There was no kitchen utensils kept for us. We had to meet the Receptionists on duty. It was only Steph who helped out by providing a few of the essentials within 1 hour. There was no TV in my room, 440. The towel was never changed during my 10-day stay. The bed was somewhat smaller than expected. Jubril was wonderful in attending to our requests
