Double Room close to Central London

Large enough room. Clean, extra portable heater available to use. Comfortable bed. Bath towel, albeit hard and rough, was provided. Hairdryer available . Shared Kitchen and bathroom available to use. However, the cupboards were full of stuff, no lock or latch on the room door. I stayed there for 2 days and there was another man in the adjacent room. It was uncomfortable and quite scary to sleep in an unlocked room with a stranger who could come in any time if they wanted to. Location was good considering I was visiting Hammersmith hospital.

It was a standard room no frills just what you pay for good for working professionals for a stop gap.

I didn't like the attitude of the lady I spoke to I booked this room on behalf of my driver that was doing a job for me in the area. I did a estimated arrival time and unfortunately the driver was running late. We messaged the owner she wasn't happy at all, She actually said we should have changed the time of arrival tried to explain she put the phone down on me. The driver had to wait at the premises for about 15minutes to gain access. Owner needs to understand circumstances changed I booked this for a member of my staff and I didnt like her approach especially when it comes to business to business.
