Die landschaftliche Lage, das Anwesen allgemein mit Pool und die schöne Aussicht. Das Personal war super freundlich.
Klimaanlage war vorhanden, allerdings wurde diese nach Belieben ein und ausgestellt von den Betreibern der Unterkunft. Nachts war es dadurch immer sehr warm in den Zimmern.

Great location and fabulous views.
The apartment was just about big enough for the two of us and the swimming pool area was very good- a lovely place to relax and recharge .
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The nearby town of Cerreto Guidi was a fun place to visit as there was a two day medieval fayre on while we staying.
The apartment was not fully equipped as it should be.
Listed below are a number of issues we had -all of which could and should have been avoided with a little thought.
I hope this is taken as a constructive criticism to improve the experience of other guests staying at what is a really lovely place…..
A new induction hob is provided but most of the pots and pans were not compatible ( ie the hob would not work with them.)
No kettle provided until we asked for one
No washing up liquid / sponges/ cloths provided ( we bought some from the Coop)
Main lights in the kitchen flashed constantly- was not fixed until day 4 even though reported straight away)
Random selection of cutlery- no spoons/ two knives/ many forks ( we did have few steak type knives)
No cooking tools other than a ladle- we asked for and we’re given a spatula to use.
Only one drinking glass ( two more provided upon asking)there are small wine glasses.
If the hob /oven / lights were on at the same time the electricity to the room tripped off - this happened several times but was easily reset in the fuse box.
We were advised that one of the outdoor tables in the shade was reserved for our apartment but found this was used by other guests who were rude to say the least when we advised them it was ours …….if tables are reserved for apartments perhaps some labelling on them or information somewhere to make this clear is needed
