お部屋は綺麗に整えられていました。スタッフも丁寧な対応でした。伊東駅からのはタクシー代が無料なのも嬉しかったです。モーニングコーヒーのサービスもグッド。お風呂の時間やチェックアウトに余裕があるのもいいですね。館内が静かなのも嬉しかったです。
トイレに手洗いがない点 朝、部屋を出たらお魚を焼いた匂いが充満していた点 枕が合わなかった点

Top notch staff who went over and above, beautiful private onsen, great massage in my room, quiet location within walking distance to a great town, taxi service to and from the property from the train station.
I don’t have anything to improve upon!

Nobody ever came out to welcome us. As I was driving, I didn't know where to park my car, so I just freely park in the parking area, but then the staff complained that I parked wrongly. Good facilities but services are really not good. Staffs not so helpful.
