This was a beautiful property. The staff and dining services were amazing and I would highly recommend the onsuite onsen and kaiseki meal.

We had the family suite, for 4 adults and 2 kids. The suite was spacious, and the service was beyond expectations. Ended up not going to the public onsen, but the in-suite one was fantastic. Food was exceptional.
Nothing the establishment could fix, but I wish the suite had better views. We were on the fourth floor, and it was mostly a city view. Would prefer more landscape. While it came out to ~$1200 a night for 4 adults and 2 kids, a tad on the upper end of what you'd expect in terms of value/experience.
