The customer service here is exceptional and the food is of high quality and simply beautiful. I really enjoyed the different types of tea provided before and after dinner.
The rotonburo (outside Onsen) is a highlight. I went twice and had it all to myself. It’s the perfect temperature and such a beautiful outlook.

The lobby is gorgeous with the little waterfall and the koi fish, the staff was super attentive and helpful, the open air bath and the room were both veeeeery cute.
The towels were a little smaller than I like but they were fine

The breakfast was a fantastic ryokan set menu. Everything was very nicely prepared and presented and tasted marvellous.
The small Onsen was delightful with a view over Itō.
The staff where very friendly and helpful.
It was an overall perfect stay.
