Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. This place was great. There was plenty of room for me and my husband, our daughter, and our three sons. We stayed for nine days, many of which they had additional cousins over for sleepovers. The pool was the perfect size for them to splash around in without us parents having to worry. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies you’ll need to cook, serve, and eat. The table was huge, with many seats for all the kids and adults. The view from the balcony was also very pretty, day and night. It was our first time in Hilton Head, the location was perfect. We could walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach in five minutes or less. Shipping and restaurants were very close as well, in addition to grocery stores and pharmacies. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend to others!!

The home is beautiful! Everyone was able to spread out and “do their thing”. Kitchen is fully furnished. Neighbors were visible, but adhered to the 10 pm quiet time. It was a great place to stay for a multi generational reunion.

This was by far the nicest and most well equipped rental we have stayed at. It was a family gathering for a 50th anniversary celebration. The multi levels gave people privacy when they wanted to be alone. The grandkids spent most of the week in the pool! We had a grand time!
