Lokacija je bila izvrsna. Komunikacija s domaćinom je bila dobra. Apartman je generalno bio ok za produženi vikend boravak. Cijena je bila pristupačna. Vratili bi se ponovo.

Možda bi apartman zahtijevao malo renoviranja. Pokretna klima nije bila baš najbolje rješenje jer je bilo jako vruće.

For us an excellent location in our our favourite area. Easy to reach by Alilaguna orange line. The host is excellent. He kept us well informed and the whole booking, check in and check out process was very easy. A good value choice for a short break.

The bathroom is adequate but needs an update. Similarly the kitchen is usable but could also benefit from some upgrading. However for the price it is a very good choice of accommodation.

The location was great, close to a supermarket, canals, restaurants and so on. The apartment was also quite spacious with a decent equipped kitchen, dining table, couch and separate bedroom and entrance hall. The managing agent was kind enough to let us use the property until 3pm on the check-out day as it was not let this day. We had a 5pm ferry to catch, so this was really great.

The key had to be collected at a drop box at the main bus/train terminal. This may be convenient for people who arrive by train/bus, but we arrived directly from the airport by boat and meant a major detour and long walk with the luggage through Venice. The property is in urgent need of renovation. Damp spots in the lounge, the kitchen sink is in bad condition. If you put the toaster on while the a/c is on the electricity trips and you have to walk down two floors to put the circuit breaks back up. The water was very hot and we couldn't get it colder in the shower.
