Holland Park 2 Bed Flat by BaseToGo

I had a good stay at the Holland Park 2 Bed Flat. The location is excellent, the facilities were exactly as expected, and everything inside the flat went smoothly. I particularly appreciated that the property coordinator accommodated an early check-in for us, which was a huge help after a day of traveling.

The only minor drawback was the communication style of the coordinator. The check-in instructions were quite detailed but felt a bit vague in practice. When I reached out for quick clarifications while on the go, his responses were very direct and blunt, mostly just referring me back to the original documents rather than answering directly. While he was completely professional—and again, very accommodating with our arrival time—a slightly warmer approach to questions would have made the experience even better. Overall, a solid place to stay.

Light-filled apartment with a spacious living area, kitchen and bedrooms. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Just behind tube station and shops including supermarket and restaurants, cafes, and many other stores. Easy access to central London. Easy communication with hosts and flexible re check in arrangements.

There is only one toilet, though has two bathrooms with showers.
