Schönes Appartement mit Allem, was man braucht am Südende von Bad Hofgastein. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer vor Eintreffen. Das App. ist gut eingerichtet hat hervorragendes WLAN (246 MBit/s gemessen) und Flat TV in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Viel Stauraum. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierabteil, Heißluftherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Heizung für Wohn- und Schlafbereich getrennt regulierbar.Schöner, großer Balkon in Südwestlage mit Mobiliar. Günstig gelegen, Ortskern in 5 Minuten, Therme in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Nachts sehr ruhig, da etwas ausserhalb des Ortskerns.
Es gibt einen zugewiesenen, überdachten Parkplatz. Leider sind die Parklücken für heutige Autos etwas schmal, und wenn dann noch andere wild im Hof parken, wird es eng.
