Location , close to old town .
Balcony have AC so Hot , you can’t stay in balcony . Bathroom is so hot ,windows connect to the hot balcony . The room don’t have enough window .

The staff were amazing and the internet connection very reliable. Also the central location in Old Phuket very handy to go around.

Good location in Phuket Town. Room cleaned daily, 2 bottles of water replenished, same with toilet paper and towels. Air conditioning, TV, double bed, balcony and free Wi-Fi. Staff were excellent and booked me in straight away, even carried my bag to the 3rd floor.
Property is on a busy road so expect noise.

The hotel has a good location, within walking distance to the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy.
The bathroom was a bit small and the water had an unpleasant smell. The bedroom lighting was dim, the TV quality was blurry, and the receptionist spoke only basic English.
