False advertising! Avoid at all costs!

Central location.

DO NOT stay here! It is false advertising and nothing like the pictures or description. The hotel is centrally located, but the rooms are old, terribly appointed, uncomfortable, and very small.The staff doesn't work or take any initiative or follow through. The toilet overflowed, and it took over an hour to get a plunger. We had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. There were smokers in the room next door, and the staff refused to address it. I never leave negative reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable.

the receptionists and restaurant staff were great

there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. I called the receptionist and it was brought up immediately. however it was the worst and cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen! I had to buy a decent one. the towels are very thin and felt like years old. the Ned was too hard.

The bathroom is very old and there is no holder for shampoo, soap etc near the shower. The windows have no protection against the wind and will complicate for colder weather.

Good cost-effective but chose your room carefully

The suite was in front of a construction with lot of noises. In addition we found a spider inside the room. We need to ask for another room.

The room was ok No air conditioning it was quite warm inside the room. fan was provided. Towels provided smell a bit off the guest have to request a house keeping to come and clean the room. The mattress was absolutely the worst part, so hard. breakfast was excellent staff was sweet and courteous.

The bed is just inadequate. We couldn’t slip. Look like a piece of wood. So bad, we left after the first night without asking for a refund for the rest of the trip.

Staff kindness, Cleanliness, Location in the center of the city, a lot of facilities around. Overall, nice place, but old.

I had to change room due to excessive noise. We could hear voices of the neighbor. The acoustic of the room is not pleasant.

The only good thing was breakfast!

Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options: different kinds of bread, fruit, juice, deli cuts!

My bedroom had water damage on the wall behind the door and it was falling apart. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, hand towel was so old and used that I could see through! Mismatched bed spread and mattress was too firm.

Em frente ao coreto, onde o centro da cidade acontece. O café da manhã é excelente

O estacionamento na rua de traz é muito mal sinalizado. Demolirei demais pra achar. Não ficou claro que nem todos os quatros não têm ar condicionado, acabei reservando um com ventilador , mas consegui mudar

Da localização( bem em frente a praça principal no centro da cidade). Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção( são educados e gentis), a TV com netflix.

Internet instável, quando chegamos no quarto tinha alguns bichinhos de luz(parece que deixaram a janela aberta e entraram). O café da manhã é excelente mas o funcionário que estava lá no dia que me hospedei é mal educado.

Bom custo x benefício

A localização do hotel é excelente na região central da cidade. A equipe é prestativa e educada. Café da manhã bom. A garagem fica em uma rua paralela ao hotel, mas no mesmo prédio, dispondo de elevador que leva a todos os andares, o que facilita muito o acesso. Não usei a sauna e a academia disponível é minúscula. O barulho é mínimo. Ainda assim, fica a sugestão para a reserva de suítes em andares mais altos.

Apenas o fato de não podermos usar a piscina no segundo dia de hospedagem, uma vez que a mesma se encontrava em manutenção.

Disponibilidade de canais um pouco confusa. Elevadores não suportam quando tem muita gente e atrasam o deslocamento interno. Estacionamento apertado para veículos grandes.

bem localizado para quem ficar poucos dias.

Atendimento excelente de toda a equipe, super solícitos e deram dicas para usar o app local para mobilidade. Sempre muito sorridentes. A localização é perfeita, pois fica no centro da cidade, e é possível fazer muitas coisas andando pela avenida principal. Na sexta-feira, há feira na pracinha, e o clima é amigável.

Incluir o endereço do estacionamento na descrição com destaque ou enviá-lo na confirmação, pois tivemos que fazer uma volta enorme por conta da feira em dia de sexta. O café da manhã é bem simples, então não espere muito, porém fazem ovos mexidos na hora e o atendimento é cordial.

Gostei só da localização,no centro.

A cama estava amassada como se tivesse saído alguém de lá,lixeira do banheiro cheia, toalha pendurada após o uso. Ou seja,o quarto não foi limpo. Ainda tinha garrafa de vodka jo banheiro. Nem fiquei,fui embora e nunca volto.O coitado do recepcionista ,que não teve culpa de nada,ficou morrendo de vergonha,mostrei as fotos pra ele. A equipe de limpeza escreveu na lista de quarto que estava limpo e arrumado.
