Localização, próximo a BR 040,praticamente ao lado da Cabana da Mantiqueita. Está um pouco distante de centros comerciais. Acesso fácil,estacionamento, cordialidade dos funcionários.
Pressão do chuveiro deixou a desejar,disposição das camas em relação às tomadas e ao telefone para contato com a recepção.
