樓梯較窄，沒有電梯，提行李箱較不方便

床太硬，本身也是睡偏硬床的認證床很硬，冷氣及冰箱運轉聲太大，以上問題都很難讓人入睡需要適應。

地點方面：地點靜謐，附近通勤景點非常方便，對面吳園景觀舒服，光線可以照進來。 房間設備方面：舒適溫馨，廁所空間大有對外氣窗，有洗衣機。可煮水，瓶裝水也提供充足。衣櫃冰箱空間都很大！有提供消毒酒精是大加分 合法民宿登記，有列出登記狀。
一般民宿樓梯可預期較狹窄，Wifi 只有手機朝向房門才有穩定連線。窗戶不太好開關，電視低台數無法觀看

地點離火車站很近就在吳園旁邊，附近有很多店家 床很好躺，冷氣很冷棉被很暖，浴室裡有洗衣機
隔音稍差，櫃子上灰塵蠻多，冰箱後有之前的垃圾，洗衣精要自備
