樓梯較窄，沒有電梯，提行李箱較不方便

床太硬，本身也是睡偏硬床的認證床很硬，冷氣及冰箱運轉聲太大，以上問題都很難讓人入睡需要適應。

地點離火車站很近就在吳園旁邊，附近有很多店家 床很好躺，冷氣很冷棉被很暖，浴室裡有洗衣機
隔音稍差，櫃子上灰塵蠻多，冰箱後有之前的垃圾，洗衣精要自備
