The hotel provide free bicycle to guest, it make the city walk so much easier. Don’t forget to ask for this service.

I love that it’s really spacious and the whole place looks cool with it’s interesting history and all, However, I think they really can have better training for their concierge, I asked if they have more seating area for their guests ( since there are literally one available seating in this huge hotel.) Instead of trying harder, the concierge just say no. Not even, we will feedback to the management. Really kind of can’t be arsed attitude. Any how, they really should have more places for their guests to relax around, I guess their mentality is, you either eat or sleep in the hotel. They don’t even have a viewing deck for their guests being located in this beautiful place. And they do have great hiking trails behide the hotels too, really should advertise it. I had stumbled to the hiking trails myself, had a great moring and wonderful view of 101.
