    Had to unexpectedly change our plans and booked this hotel. It was way better than we expected! The room was spacious and clean with espresso machine, tea, and water on the first floor. Close access to various food options and attractions. Only a few rooms on each floor and so it was very quiet outside of occasional street noise & airplanes flying overhead! Would definitely stay here again!

    Near bus stop. Near tainan train . Station. Clean, cozy lobby. Staff present amd ready to help. Unlimited coffee in dine area. Room door knob old school key type. Room clean, plain and simple. Airconditioning strong. Shower hot, available but water pressure not very much strong. Toilet bowl with electronic bidet japanese style. . Mini ref and everyday free bottled water. Room cleaning also everyday. For non leisure hotel i give it 9 of 10

    Room is huge, location is great. However, the cleaning is quite lacking. Amenities in the room are poor. After COVID, you would expect at least hand soap in the washroom, but no hand soap. You have to get the soap from the shower stand everytime you want to clean your hands. Very little place to put you stuff. Unless you don't mind leaving your stuff on the ground. Despite the room is huge, there are definitely ways to make it more comfortable for guests. But that's unfortunately lacking as well. The cleaning as mentioned also lacking. They do not vacuum the room on cleaning day. I've stayed in various cities during this trip to Taiwan, but this hotel in particular is worst. We came back to the hotel seeing dirt and hairs on the floor. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay for us, therefore, I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family.
