Features a completely redesigned efficiency/one-bedroom unit with an open plan that's larger than your typical hotel room, complete with fully stocked kitchen, living and dining areas, bedroom with retractable privacy wall, and your own private beachside balcony that overlooks the shoreline below.
The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, large California closets, and a beautiful walk-in rain shower – not to mention a retractable privacy wall so you can close yourself off from the world.

The grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club are beautifully lush and manicured, with winding walking trails up and through the property and beach. Amenities include tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, a BBQ station, outdoor seating, laundry room on-site and heated resort-style, beachside pool and patio. The gulf is right at your doorstep!

I love … the condo we are staying. . Beautiful sunset from the balcony.Everything inside the condo is warm and beautiful . it feel like second home with the beach front. Definitely come back again . Thank you for let us stay in your home

Our first time staying here and it was wonderful. Easy beach access, parking and staffed office were appreciated. The area is still recovering but the natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We’d stay here again

A great 2week stay at eb&tc #705b.. Unit was like new with everything we needed, greatly appreciate the high end beach chairs and umbrella they provided. Our hats are off to the location management for their outstanding efforts to get the location buildings and grounds back to normal after dealing with so much devistation.
