About this house rental
This sunny, attractive 2-bed bungalow is well maintained and fully equipped for a family or a couples holiday. In addition to access to the beautifully maintained communal pool just 200yds away, the bungalow also boasts a private large roof-top sun terrace. Being within walking distance of several supermarkets and La Habaneras, a modern shopping centre which also offers free WiFi access, a car is not necessarily required. There are plenty of local cafes and restaurants (most offer free WiFi), offering Spanish, Chinese, Indian, German, Turkish and Italian menus. We are close to the bus route, or just a 40 minute walk if you prefer to the vibrant coastal town of Torrevieja. The property is also very close to the salt lakes for walking, cycling and bird watching. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens and shutters with additional security gates on the front and back doors and bars to the windows for added peace of mind.

Lovely place perfect for us. We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn’t have made a better choice. Very well equipped with everything you’ll need. We spent a lot of time on the roof sheer bliss. 2 minutes walk around the corner there are about 7 restaurants. We had nice meals in them all. Bar Concierto also around the corner was a nice lively bar and very cheap. About 20 minutes walk in the other direction was Urbanisation La Florida Torreta II which also had nice restaurants and a few bars. Habaneras Shopping centre was about 15 minutes walk if you like to do a bit of shopping. We walked into Torrevieja which took us about 45 minutes gentle walk but there are taxis that you can ring if you prefer a taxi. If you want night clubs and loud music this isn’t the place for you but if you want a lovely place to stay with lovely food at great prices and a few drinks in friendly bars don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed we weren’t.

Enjoyed our stay the roof terrace was well used despite a lot of traffic noise & building work nearby.We thought the interior was a bit dark but had lovely art work on display.

Great bungalow 2nd time staying here and loved it again.
Everything you need supplied brilliant roof terrace. Couple of bars and few restaurants 2 minutes away lovely pool area although no sun beds. Correspondence with Susanne great and key holder also. Would definitely book again.
