This place is a gem! The terrace offered fantastic views, and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine, The swimming pool was refreshing after a long day of exploring, Overall, a great spot for a family holiday in Costa Blanca!

We hebben samen met onze hond een leuke tijd gehad. De hond kon gemakkelijk alleen in de omheinde Tuin. Kamers waren ruim. Enkel de kamer beneden had momenteel een vochtige binnen muur. We hebben dit laten weten aan de huiseigenaren en zij gingen dit al aanpakken binnen 2 weken. Door Corona hebben ze zelf wat minder naar hun eigen huis geweest. Wat wij ook begrijpen. Heel erg behulpzame eigenaars 😀 We keren zeker nog eens terug!

The property was lovely, had nice views from the roof terrace, gates community and very quiet. We were visiting family and the location was about 10 mins away so very convenient for what we needed. Only negative. The customer service from Belvilla!!! We were struggling to locate the property at first as the satnav took us to the opposite side of the same road. We had to use google earth and maps to try and pinpoint landmarks. When we arrived, there was a gated entrance with a keypad but no mention of this or a code in the booking. I tried to contact the contact person listed on the form but the numbers wouldn’t work, and their ‘emergency helpline’ literally gave an automated ‘we will connect you’ message then disconnected. So I had to jump into the online chat to ask for help. It took me 20mins and having to repeat myself several times before giving up and requesting to speak to a manager before the agent finally actually did anything to help (apart from telling me to keep calling the numbers) and told me I could WhatsApp the contact on the voucher. Also, I’d like to point out, I did try and contact BelVilla a few days before we even left for the trip to check the info on collecting keys etc and was told all the info was on the voucher. It was not. So if you’re thinking of booking this place - do! It’s lovely and the beds are so comfy. HOWEVER, be prepared that Belvilla will not be much help at all…..

Mooi huis. Schoon op wat spullen in de kastjes na. Wordt denk ik niet gecheckt.hebben dat gereinigd voordat we dat konden gebruiken.
