About this apartment rental
This superb, two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. It features a large private terrace, full air conditioning throughout, and free fast 100mb WiFi. For your entertainment, there's a smart TV in the bedroom and a 55" smart TV in the living room so you can stay up to date with your latest shows on Netflix.
Enjoy sea views, a swimming pool (open June to September) with a dedicated children's section, and beautifully maintained private gardens. Situated in a peaceful elevated position, the apartment is just a 2-minute walk from local bars, cafés, an array of restaurants, shops, and a nightclub. Mercadona/Aldi supermarket is also only around 5 minutes walk away on foot.
The excellent Blue Flag La Mata Beach is a 10-minute walk away, renowned for its cleanliness, water quality, and safety. A stunning boardwalk connects the beach to La Mata centre, offering a scenic stroll along the coastline.
La Mata is surrounded by a large and beautiful natural saltwater lake, home to a wide variety of bird species – including flamingos.
Torrevieja town is just a 5-minute drive away and offers vibrant evening entertainment, water sports, and a wide range of activities. The famous Aquopolis water park – one of the largest on the Costa Blanca – is just an 8-minute drive.
Murcia Airport is a 30-minute drive, Alicante Airport is 35 minutes away, and there are three championship golf courses within a 15-minute drive.

I knew the area from a previous visit, this apartment was better than expected and absolutely under sold - already looking to book for next year.The host was always available to answer any questions and the meet and greet was ever so helpful. I can not praise this property highly enough. Only drawback would be the area has some very demanding hills not for the unfit, elderly or toddlers but was everything i was looking for and more. Close to all amenities and some great eateries and home to a cracking back street "British" bar (Bar Brittania) all in all maximum stars in EVERY department !

Toilet seat cannot stay up regardless of sitting or standing as cistern sticks out too far. This is more annoying than I could ever have imagined. Toilet wont flush by finger the only way of flushing is by sticking a small bottle etc down and to try and hold it down. Not enough hot water for half a bath as my son found to his dissatisfaction. Bathroom sink loose so had to be careful not to put pressure on it. No soap in bathroom so upon arrival and using toilet no means of washing hands. At 1am EVERY morning either a road sweeper or dustcart stops outside the property and wakes up anyone in front bedroom. Walls of apartment very thin, can hear tv next door and even heard woman shushing my husband through the wall due to his snoring (fair enough!). There is a bottle to collect aircon water on balcony which over flowed during the night and caused my son to slip over and hurt himself on the first morning (there must be a better solution!). Walked down to beach and restaurants several times, the amount of dog mess on the only pavement is horrendous and ruins the entire experience. Constantly calling out "watch out turd", "don't step in that" etc there and back is very tiresome. On the plus side, Chris who met us and let us in was lovely and the washing machine and aircon worked fine.
