We have reached the place easily as the owner has sent us the instructions previously, we just had to walk a little to park the car in the white lines to avoid paying.
The location is near the historic center and the belvedere.
The owner cooperates actively even if we didn't meet anyone.
The home has to be maintained and to be cleaned more accurately.
For example The door of the bathroom cannot be closed, the cover of the WC is broken and the corners are with mold.
The stairs to the upper room are so uncomfortable.
We couldn't move easily in the upper room, we had to walk with the back bent all the time otherwise there is the risk to hit our heads.
The upper bedroom is so so hot where you cannot sleep that's why we asked for at least a fan which they sent us.

Appartement cosi, bien décoré et très bien placé, proche du centre. Communication facile
La chambre sous le toit est très mal insonorisée. On entend la rue et les pigeons se déplacer.

Je tam wifi a klimatizaci.
V horní místnosti je strašné teplo a nedá se vychladit. Jdou slyšet holubi jak chodí po střeše, takže celkově horní patro velké zklamání. Sprcha je přivázaná stuhou a nejde normálně použít a kape to bokem. Při příjezdu byla lednička vypnutá a plná vody. Parkování je daleko a tahat se s kuframi po tolika schodech není ideální.
