Appartamento Oasi Calatina

Cute house Great communication with the owner Short but enjoyable walk by the church to get to the house

Parking was slightly tedious

Tutto ok

The apartment was spacious, located in a quiet area. The host was friendly.

The apartment was not very carefully cared for. I had requested a non-smokiing apartment, but I immediately found an overflowing ashtray on the balcony, and one bedroom smelled so much of smoke that I kept it closed. The cleaning was not up to the standard of all other places I had stayed in. The water was hot for literally 10 seconds before turning barely luke warm, then cool. The refrigerator never got cold. Neither of the 2 TVs worked, as the host discovered. It is potentially a nice apartment, but definitely needs more attention.
