About this chalet rental
Villa with swimming pool, totally private, located in a residential area of the "Urbanización Lago Esperanza of Puerto de Alcúdia" of 150 square meters built and about 225 square meters of garden. Very quiet area surrounded by nature with pedestrian streets and playground.
Capacity for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, satellite TV, internet (Wifi), washing machine, barbecue, cot and chair available for children, iron for clothes, hair dryer, garden furniture and swimming pool.
According to the local initiatives of energy saving, this villa has air conditioning and heating available in the rooms from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
The cleaning service is done at the entrance and exit and the change of towels and sheets will be made weekly. The villa is located about 50 km from the airport. It should be noted that the distances on the island are short and the security is excellent, which makes it easier to visit different areas if you wish.
The Port of Alcúdia and all its bay enjoy the best natural areas of Mallorca: natural beaches, natural park, lake, important gastronomic offer, cultural offers in the old town, sports such as cycling, golf, water sports and underwater sports, trekking.... The basic services: supermarkets, pharmacy, police, hospital, service station, public transport, leisure areas, restaurants, bars and shops are about 400 meters (10 minutes walk). The beach is located about 500 meters (12 minutes walk). The s'albufera Natural Park, characterized by its biodiversity in flora and fauna, is about 800 m. The nearest golf course is 3.5km away.
The Port of Alcúdia belongs to the municipality of Alcúdia, a town that enjoys a great historical character immersed in a great wall and with central pedestrian streets. In the town of Alcúdia, two weekly markets are held, one on Tuesday and the other on Sunday.
Expenses included in the price: electricity, water and gas, taxes and fees.
Expenses not included in the price: - Deposit-deposit of 300 Euros refundable at the end of your stay.
No additional guests are allowed, except a baby.
Do not worry about your arrival, the keys will be delivered in the established manner and indicated once the reservation is made. Opening hours: After 4:00 pm

We had a marvellous holiday at Villa Estel. Lovely villa, very well equipped with lovely pool. We spent a lot of time at the pool and nearby beach Murro. Such a lovely beach, warm sea gorgeous sand and shallow for a long distance out. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within 15 mins walk. We recommend the French bakery l’épicerie next to the big supermarket Eroski. We walked there every morning for fresh bread. Bartolomé and Xima our hosts, were lovely and very helpful. The kettle broke and Bartolomé came round with a new one within an hour of reporting the problem. Would highly recommend a holiday at Villa Estel for a very relaxing and interesting holiday.

Lovely villa with plenty of space for 6 people, very clean, well maintained and well equipt and the pool was great! Only about 10 mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Nothing was a problem for the owners, they had even cooked for us and provided wine, water and fruit on our arrival. Communication with the them before and durring our stay was excellent, the language barrier was not at problem at all!
We found a bar/restaurant close to the beach I would recommend-Smiths, the food and atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly, they made the children feel very welcome (to the point where they didnt want to go anywhere else!).
We would come here again, the area is perfect for families.
The villa comes very highly recommended, excellent value for money!

The house is perfect to hold 6 people.It is well maintained and clean.The location is perfect, close to supermarkets, beach and shopping /dining areas.It is quite there, just a couple dogs are barking since all locals seem to have a dog.Its a ten minutes walk to the beach with clear blue water and white sand.If you rent a car there are nice tiny bays to drive to and swim.
Since the garden is fenced the house is safe for kids.
We did not miss anything .The owners were friendly and helpful.They only speak spanish but the conversation worked fine.They came to change sheets and towels once a week.
They even welcomed us with a typical mallorquin dish-very nice.
Since we travelled with kids we found a great restaurant to eat with a huge playground in the garden where you eat and the kids play.That was very convenient.It was called Sa Romana in Alcudia.You can find it on the internet.Nice and tasty and high quality food.A little more expensive but it is worth it.
We will come again to Alcudia and we will stay there again when we get around to it.
