Lovely apartment

The lounge was big and airy. Fans were provided as it felt warm even with the windows open. Our request for a late check-out was approved.

It was a good stay with my Kids and they loved the free access to the garden. We love the calmness.

Everything was in place like a home setting. Felt like home, and very quiet neighborhood. The supermaket was like a 5-min walk, with easy access to transportation to go to the center of Paris and Disneyland. A place I will definitely go back to with my family.

There was no cleaning product to clean or mop the floor when I needed to.

My dad, stepmom and I stayed there for a long weekend.

The amenities were clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient; supermarkets nearby, and easy access to public transport to Paris. The small garden is great for an outdoor brunch. Good mattress (even the sofa bed) and nice shower.

I had to cross my parents’ bedroom to access the bathroom. Not ideal.

Easy to get the keys, everything was in order and clean when we arrived. The shower was lovely!!

The bed in the bedroom was not good. Lumpy matrass. The couch in the livingroom was not comfy, also the bed from this couch was not good. At night the exhaust from the batroom was on all night, made a lot of noise.

I found the property in a very good location for shops, trains and access. it was well provided for and was very clean.

when we arrived we found some of the sheets and the towels very wet in the room for the fold out bed.

A beautiful apartment in a great location

A beautiful apartment, clean, and spacious. Only a 10 min walk to the RER train to catch to Disney or Paris. Lovely garden for children to play in. We felt safe and loved Noisy-le-grand. We would definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely stay.

The shower seemed to block, so may need looking at. The only negative for us was the sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Although we found the main double bed very comfortable.

Very good and cosy apartment near Paris with RER 5mins walk away.

The Annexe was very clean and cosy. It had everything you would need. The location was fantastic with a supermarket and the RER within a 5min walk. The host was extremely accommodating even when we requested an earlier check in time for the 2nd time. Highly recommended, if we were to come back to Paris we would definitely re-book.

If I was being picky, the on street parking was limited and took us a fair amount of time to get parked outside the apartment. (We knew this before we booked and still doesn't put me off)

It’s spacious with all the convenience a modern set up can bring while the vintage atmosphere enhances the cosiness and character of the place. Das Appartment war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es liegt sehr nah an den Geschäften und der S-Bahn -Haltestelle, maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt! Der Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief einwandfrei. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Im Apartment gab es leider keinen Internetanschluss. Aber im Garten hat es problemlos funktioniert..

Bellissimo appartamento con giardino ampio e pieno di curiosità. Molto suggestivo. Completo di tutto e dalle dimensioni generose. Posizione in quartiere molto piacevole, pulito e tranquillo, vicinissimo alla rer A a 20 min dal centro di Parigi

Visto che è ricco di dotazioni, non c'è molto da criticare! Magari sarebbe utile aggiungere uno stendino, olio e sale grosso insieme al resto!

Repetiría sin dudarlo

Estancia perfecta. Alojamiento con excelente calidad-precio. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Jardín perfecto para tomar algo o que los niños jueguen un rato. A un paso de la estación de RER A, en 20-30 minutos estás en el centro de París y en Disney, gran frecuencia de trenes. Aparcamiento gratuito en todo momento en la calle de enfrente (siempre encontramos sitio en dicha calle) y con parquímetro en las demás calles de alrededor, también gratuito por las noches, domingos, etc. Supermercado Intermarche cercano. Sin duda repetiría.

Moderne kleine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, 20 Bahnminuten vom Disneyland

Moderne frische kleine Wohnung, gut ausgestattet für ein paar Tage. Und die Nähe zum Supermarkt und zum Bahnhof war ideal. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sicher.

Für ein paar Tage war es in Ordnung, aber auf einem Sofa, direkt in der Küche mit keinem Lagerraum für Koffern u.s.w. war alles etwas zu eng, und außer Frühstück wäre es nicht so ideal gewesen.

Posizione ottima! Soggiorno deludente!

La struttura è davvero carina e accogliente, situata in una posizione perfetta tra Disneyland e Parigi, ideale per chi vuole esplorare entrambe le destinazioni. Host disponibile per whatsapp!

Purtroppo, però, ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno meno piacevole. Inizialmente, abbiamo trovato le posate sporche, ma non è stato un grande problema: le abbiamo lavate noi. Tuttavia, poco dopo ci siamo accorti che il fornetto era sporco, cosa che abbiamo ignorato per non disturbare l’host. La situazione è peggiorata quando, preparando il divano letto per i nostri bambini, ci siamo accorti che i cuscini puzzavano di sudore/chiuso e che il lenzuolo del piumone aveva un odore di umido. A questo punto, ho contattato l’host (era il 31 dicembre), che si è scusata dicendo che le lenzuola erano pulite ma promettendo di mandare qualcuno con altre per il giorno successivo. Siamo stati comprensivi e ci siamo arrangiati dormendo tutti e quattro in un letto solo. Il giorno seguente, dopo essere stati fuori tutto il giorno, siamo rientrati e non abbiamo trovato alcuna lenzuola pulita. Ho ricontattato l’host, che si è mostrata sorpresa e si è scusata di nuovo, ma la situazione non è cambiata. Così, abbiamo passato una seconda notte in quattro in un solo letto. Infine, durante la doccia ai nostri bambini, ci siamo accorti che le teste delle docce erano nere, probabilmente per calcare o muffa, cosa che ho subito segnalato all’host. Anche in questo caso si è scusata, ma la questione non è stata risolta. Mi dispiace molto, perché l’appartamento è davvero carino e ben posizionato, ma a livello di pulizia è stato deludente. Con maggiore attenzione e una gestione più curata potrebbe essere una struttura perfetta, ma per ora non posso consigliarlo senza riserve.

Un soggiorno abbastanza piacevole

L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, a 5 min a piedi dalla RER con la quale arrivi sia a Parigi che a Disneyland. Vicino si trova un supermercato e qualche locale. L'appartamento in sé è molto carino (pulizia da migliorare), la cucina è ben attrezzata. C'è anche un piccolo giardino, in comune con altri inquilini.

È la prima volta che ci capita dover fare il secondo letto (divano letto) da soli, di solito lo trovavamo già fatto. Appena arrivati, abbiamo dovuto passare l'aspirapolvere in quanto si vedeva che il pavimento non era stato pulito. Le lenzuola avevano un pó di odore di chiuso. Insomma ci sarebbe qualcosa da migliorare.

La mancanza dell’aria condizionata anche se abbiamo trovato un ventilatore.Ma eravamo in 4,e le mie due figlie dormivano nella zona cucina -sala,in un divano letto e quindi anche per loro era necessario un altro,visto il gran caldo.
