There was a nice comfy livingroom and a terrace with quite a view of the neighbourhood. We were welcomed with some nice snacks. And it is a very considerate host.

You had to hold the showerhead while showering, because it is a bathtub.

Exceptional

The apartment is perfect for a couple, we had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfy. Nice decorated, with a big balcony and a beautiful garden view. It is exactly as in the pictures. It is close to the bus station 303 and with this you can reach the tram station very easy and be everywhere you want inside Paris. It has a good parking space in the garage and it is very secure. Arnaud is a great host, he have me best recommendation in restaurants and other advices. Good internet connection, TV channels, Netflix. You can modify very easy the temperature inside.

Good but not enough

The position is very good, near to a bus stop, and the district was calm and safe. Also, the apartement was very nice, bright with a good view, and was cleaned.

The service, sadly, was awful: we found the wardrobe of apartment’s owner full, so that we had no space to put our clothes, and in particular, there were his shoes and boxers, 1 meter near the bed where we would have slept; we had only two towel (we were in two) for the shower, without any to change, and one of them was very tiny; the table to eat wasn’t inside but outside on the terrasse, in full winter season so we had to take inside on our own. And other few little things that made us loose time.

Ausgezeichnete Option, wenn man nicht im Zentrum von Paris wohnen muss

Sehr gemütlich und mit persönlichem Touch. Schöner Ausblick und kleine Terrasse. Hell und sonnig, ruhig. Parkplatz (Tiefgarage), alles sehr sicher. Gute Wohngegend. Prozess mit Schlüssel usw. sehr unkompliziert. Mit RER ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Fluss mit kleinem Park in der Nähe. Können wir empfehlen. Abraxas für Architektur-Fans ganz in der Nähe.

Un joli studio très équipé au cœur de Noisy le grand

Le logement est complet, contient l'ensemble de ce dont on a besoin. Il s'agit d'un havre de paix avec plein de décor. Un studio bien équipé avec terrasse dans une résidence propre et calme. A 200 m des restaurants et à un 1 Km à pied de la gare RER (Noisy Mont d'Est ou Bry sur Marne). En bref, c'est fabuleux

Je n'ai pas de choses que je n'ai pas aimé dans ce logement. Peut-être sur-équipé mais je ne pense pas que ça va déranger quelqu'un. Après le logement est adapté à une voir 2 personnes maximum.

Belle trouvaille pour ce petit séjour dans l'Est parisien!

La disponibilité,à distance, du propriétaire qui nous a toujours transmis des informations très claires rapidement. Appartement confortable et très lumineux à proximité des verdoyants bords de Marne où il est facile d'aller marcher. Presque un air de vacances... alors que ce n'était pas ce que nous recherchions :-)
