Von außen sieht es etwas verbraucht aus, innen alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ein super netter Gastgeber, Bett bequem, Zimmergröße okay, Frühstück typisch italienisch, dazu Obst, Joghurt und selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die Einfahrt ist schmal und leicht zu verfehlen, liegt direkt am Bahnübergang. Parken am Hsus für 3-4 Pkw möglich. Geschäfte und Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar, am See zwei schöne Bars für ein Eis oder zum Tagesausklang.
Die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke. Bei aller Sympathie zum Vermieter, es fährt von 07:00 bis 23:00 der Zug direkt hinterm Haus vorbei.
