Location is very good. All other things are generally fine too. Generally good value for money
The air condition is portable air condition, which requires emptying the water bucket after 6 - 7 hours, and also requires the window being kept opened as it is needed for hot air emission. There is a portable air condition in each room but the one placed in the big room with bunk beds is too far alway from the beds, and the room itself is too big to be cooled down.

Air con is manual, only in bedrooms so everywhere else was too hot. and the lift broke.

The location is great, host allowed early check in, spacious apartment for our group of people
The air conditionings are portable ones so don’t work well in the rooms

The locations was great for being in central Rome and close to the major attractions
I mentioned to the host that shower was broken within 10mins of arrival and got a msg of acknowledgement but no further response. As a family of 5 losing the use of a shower was now a problem in the house when everyone was wanting to use the bathrooms.
