A great stay for three nights. It’s a terrific friendly hotel. With great staff with good English language skills. The location is perfect for exploring central Santiago with good transport and food options nearby.

The location was ideal - a safe area just a short walk from the busy bars and restaurants of Lastarria, a well connected metro, and to walk up through Bellavista to the funicular. An interesting art deco building, which seemed pretty unique in Santiago, including what was said to be the oldest elevator in the city (a modern one is also available). Nice to be able to use the sauna, without hidden charges. Would definitely stay again.

We flew in from Australia and the hotel was an excellent way to start our jet lagged journey. Perfect hotel for what we needed. Absolutely adored the style and the lift in the lobby is so fun!

Very interesting hotel with loads of character. Beautifully restored, fabulous parquetry and tiled floors, with a lift that has lasted the ages. We had a Superior room on 4th floor, very quiet, v comfortable bed
Loved the rooftop bar in the evening.
