    This was such a great stay. I specifically want to thank the receptionists Erick Beatriz and Flor. Those three elevated my stay in Santiago and I want to just make sure that they are recognized for their incredible hospitality, patience with someone who knows very little Spanish and just overall how accommodating they were. 10/10 hotel 12/10 staff.     Lovely little hotel across the road from a beautiful park with playgrounds and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Our room had a big balcony that looked out over the park and trees. Comfy big bed, great breakfast, quiet room, free fruit for the kids, good coffee in our room, super helpful, kind, staff - thank you to Florencia and the night receptionist for all your help and recommendations and kindness to our toddler :)

    BHB is in an excellent location for walking around the city. Close to buzzing neighbourhood. Ample breakfast Reception staff were particularly helpful with research and advice, namely Beatriz, Laurice and Florence Thank you very much
