Apartment Dubravka Iza Roka

It was a wonderful stay in the heart of the old town. Nicolas was great, gave us good tips to enjoy the city at the maximum. We loved our stay in here, fully recommended.

It would have been better to have access to the TV without having to configure everything with our personal accounts.

Getting entry to the apartment was a nightmare. We walked around with our bags in the rain and finally found the apartment. There are directions on the door that we followed for picking up the keys that are incorrect and there is was no answer at the numbers on Booking. Com or the door directions, we had two different local business owners call for us and say the numbers were no good. We had given up after 90 minutes of trying to contact Booking.com or the property manager and were about to finalize another rental when she finally called us on What's App. This is not an app I use often and she had never contacted us on before. We were convinced this was a scam rental and were almost out $250 due to awful communication. The WiFi password on router was incorrect depending on any combination and the shower was not working correctly.
